Shipping & returns
Standard U.S. shipping: $12.45 per order. We prepare orders in 1–3 business days. After shipment, allow an estimated 4–7 business days in transit — about 5–10 business days altogether.
Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received later start processing the next business day. We email tracking details once your parcel ships.
Need a return or exchange? Email contact@marlaleather.com within 30 days of delivery. Eligible bands must be unused, unworn and complete with their original packaging and supplied parts. We provide a prepaid label for approved returns and do not charge a restocking fee. One free exchange is available per eligible order.
We normally inspect returns within 2–3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; your provider may take another 5–10 business days to post the funds. If we confirm a product defect, we also refund the original $12.45 shipping charge. Original shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns or if you selected the wrong size, color or style.
For damage, a defect or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. For cancellation or changes, email within 12 hours of placing your order; changes depend on processing progress and cannot be made after shipment.

A slim gray leather strap with a clean outline and an easy everyday feel. We use genuine cow leather and stainless steel fittings, with hardware colors you can choose to suit your watch.
Details & fit
- Genuine cow leather with stainless steel buckle and adapters.
- Medium wrist fit: 5.8–7.8 inches.
- Choose the hardware finish and correct case-size group. For 42mm watches, check the watch series as well as its size.
- Hardware finish names describe color, not precious-metal content.

Choose Add Engraving and tell us the text and whether you would like it inside or outside the strap. If you have a special symbol or artwork in mind, contact us first to check that it will fit.

Band only; the watch is not included. Natural leather varies in grain and tone and changes with wear. Check your exact watch model and wrist size in our size guide. Keep leather away from soaking water and follow our care guide.
