Before you write

Our size guide can help with fit, and Track Your Order explains shipment updates. For a return, please read Returns & Refunds and wait for authorization before mailing the band.

For cancellation or a correction, email us within 12 hours after placing your order, even outside support hours. We can only make changes while processing can still be stopped and cannot change shipped orders. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or authentication codes through the contact form or email.
